Aristocat Artichoke Dip
[The Boca Special]


Ingredients for heated dip:
1 can artichokes cut up
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Cheese Trader parmesan cheese

Serve With: Fresh crusty bread [PC's dried tomato or sourdough does me good]

Green Chilies [Optional]

Directions:
Mix & bake for 20 minutes until bubbling slightly. Serve to roars of approval.

Can also be baked in a scooped out crust bread loaf, for those aristocratic occasions.
