Foolish Fudge
Ingredients:
12-14 ounces total chips or about one bag Including chocolate plus no more
than 5 ounces of flavored chips - butterscotch, peanut butter or
raspberry.
1 14 oz. Can Sweetened Condensed Milk [not evaporated] **Do not buy the
house brands - they stink.
1.5 tsp. vanilla
Dash Salt
Pam cooking spray
Walnuts or pecans
Directions:
Melt chips, salt & condensed milk on VERY low heat (4) until melted.
Add vanilla Last and stir until smooth and shiny. Line tray or mini
bundt/muffin tins with saran wrap then spray with cooking spray. 1 batch =
six bundts. In the bundt pan layer one layer fudge, one layer nuts, and
fudge on top. Don't layer the nuts too thickly or the fudge layers will
separate.
Refrigerate for 2 hours and cut up. Keep Refrigerated as these are very
soft.
