"Don't be such a Ham!"
Rollups
Buy:
1.5 lbs. (or about 25 slices) Healthy Choice or Lite & Lean
(Hannaford) ham sliced very thin - just thick enough that you can hold it
up and it doesn't shred
1 8 oz tub of Philadelphia light cream cheese - try the flavored versions
if you prefer (don't use regular cream cheese - it's too hard to spread,
and the light tastes pretty darn good)
Fresh parsley or dried
Directions:
Lay one piece of ham out. Spread cream cheese along one end and roll up.
Top with fresh parsley. These are excellent, and relatively low fat. Be
sure to put a sign on them saying what they are because otherwise people
will think they are just ham rolled up.
