Ooooie Gooie Peppermint Brownies
CAKE
Preheat oven to 350
Microwave until soft:
1 Stick Butter
Cream with butter in this order:
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1.5 cups or 16 oz Chocolate syrup [Malt & Coffee flavoured OK too]
1 cup flour
Grease 9x13 pan. Bake 30 minutes and cool until completely cold.
ICING
Melt & dissolve together:
1 Stick Butter
3/4 tablespoon peppermint extract or to taste
2-3 drops green food coloring
Add & mix well until creamy:
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon water
Cut into very small servings, as these are deadly sweet. Freeze &
slice into petit fours pieces & place in mini muffin cups for guests.
