Viennese Omelets


¾ cup flour
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup water
½ tsp vanilla

Put butter in large frying pan. Pour out thin layer and cook until brown & crunch on both sides. Fill with jam or preserves, roll up and top with confectionary sugar. We used to have this on holiday mornings and sometimes Sunday mornings.
