Paparazzi Pumpkin Seeds
Ingredients:
Cleaned pumpkin seeds from your Halloween pumpkins
Olive Oil
Salt
Directions:
Set stove at a VERY low flame. Heat oil first then add seeds. Sauté seeds
until golden brown and crispy. Takes about 20 minutes per batch. Salt when
done. [don't salt while sautéing, the salt burns]
These seeds are very wet, so it takes a long time to cook out the
moisture. Don't use a high flame or they will be crunchy on the outside
and mushy on the inside.
Store in airtight bags.
