Sauteed Mushroom Quesadillas
Sauté on high flame with Pam/Canola Oil and Ginger Soy
Sauce to taste:
1 box sliced mushrooms (watch closely)
Sauté Separately
1/2 white onion cut in ¼ ring slices
Mix
Together with small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese. *easy on the
cheese – the focus is on the mushrooms.
Spray pam on large frying pan. Place white flour tortillas in pan and fill
with mixture. Pan fry with lid on pan until golden brown on both sides and
cheese is melted. Yummy!
