Creamy Rice Casserole

*This is a two part recipe. It serves two, but since it doesn't reheat very well I recommend that you make each batch fresh. Make the whole batch if you're serving two. I know that a lot of Americans grew up on this casserole but I never had it before a few years ago. I love it, even though I know it's trailer trash food!

Boil for 8.5 minutes - undercooking slightly
1 Bag Success Rice (I like white, but brown is fine too)

Chop:
1/2 ripe tomato
1/4 onion
1/4 cup Broccoli Florets (optional)

Mix:
1/2 of the Rice
1/2 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Tomato
Onion
Broccoli
Paprika
Salt
Pepper

Put the other 1/2 of the ingredients aside to bake later. Bake for 40 minutes at 375. Should not be too crunchy on top.
